Your Tasks

• You develop a customer-friendly and competent support for our clients
• You recognize the needs of our clients and give them proactive counseling
• You responsibly take over the processing of requests of all national customer inquiries, either by phone or also by writing.
• You have experience working with diverse software programs (MS Office) and the internet
• You take care of and document client inquiries in our data base
• Last but not least, you take over general administrative tasks of the day-to-day business

Your Profile

• You communicate in French business fluent (written and spoken)
• You ideally have a commercial training and/or experience in the field of telephone customer care
• You enjoy telephone contact with customers and a pronounced service orientation
• You have high solution-oriented communication skills, a high degree of flexibility and capacity for integration and teamwork
• You preferably have good Microsoft office skills that round off your profile
